Because our products are skincare items that touch the skin, we follow strict hygiene rules on returns — just like every genuine skincare brand does. But we back every bottle with our 90-Day Result Guarantee: use it as directed, and if you don't see visible improvement, we'll refund you. Your trust matters more to us than a single sale.

2 What's Covered

Eligible for Return / Exchange / Refund

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or leaking bottle on arrival
  • Expired product received
  • Sealed/unopened product, unused, within 7 days of delivery
  • No visible results after 90 days of consistent, directed use (refund only)

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind after the product has been opened or used
  • Allergic reaction without prior patch test (see Note below)
  • Claims made after 7 days for exchange, or after 90 days for the result guarantee
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

3 Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item, a damaged bottle, or an expired product, we will replace it free of cost. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the product.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.

5 How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund

Step 1 Message us on WhatsApp (0339-7090009) or email with your order number.
Step 2 Share a photo or short video showing the issue (or your 90-day usage proof).
Step 3 Our team reviews and confirms your return, exchange, or refund within 48 hours.
Step 4 We arrange pickup/return shipping (if needed) and process your resolution.

6 Return Shipping

For wrong, damaged, or expired items, Sivora Cosmetics covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns of unopened products, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
